Welcome to spam4d. These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and spam4d ("we", "us", "the Platform", "the Operator"). By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the spam4d platform — including its sportsbook, live casino, slot games, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) markets, and all associated services — you acknowledge that you have read and agree to be fully bound by this Agreement.

This Agreement applies to all users accessing spam4d from any device, including desktop computers, mobile phones, and tablets. If you do not agree to any portion of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately discontinue use of the platform and contact our support team to close your account.

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:

• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process described in Clause 4.
• "Platform" means the spam4d website, mobile web interface, and all associated tools, features, and services accessible at spam4d.cam.
• "Real Money" means funds deposited by the Player using a supported Indonesian payment method, denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp).
• "Restricted Territory" means any jurisdiction in which the use of the Platform is prohibited by applicable local law.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus Fund must be staked before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "WIB" means Western Indonesia Time (UTC+7), the default time zone applied to all Platform operations, customer service hours, and draw schedules.

To open and maintain an Account with spam4d, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the life of your Account:

1. You must be a natural person aged 21 years or older. spam4d does not accept registrations from individuals under the age of 21 under any circumstances.
2. You must be a resident of Indonesia or otherwise accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is not prohibited by applicable law.
3. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
4. You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of spam4d or any affiliated entity, nor a close family member of any such person, for the purposes of wagering on the Platform.
5. You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or permanently banned from the Platform under any previous Account.
6. You must not be accessing the Platform from a Restricted Territory. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of spam4d complies with the laws of your local jurisdiction.

To access the full features of the spam4d platform, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information. You agree and represent that:

• All information provided during registration — including your full legal name, date of birth, Indonesian residential address, email address, and mobile phone number — is true, accurate, and up to date.
• You will maintain and promptly update your Account details whenever circumstances change.
• You will register only one Account. Registering multiple Accounts (whether under the same or different identities) is strictly prohibited. Duplicate Accounts will be merged, suspended, or permanently closed at our sole discretion, and any balances held therein may be forfeited.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. spam4d will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access to your Account caused by your failure to maintain credential security.
• You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account by contacting our support team via live chat or email.

spam4d reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason. We also reserve the right to close any Account that we reasonably believe has been registered in breach of these Terms & Conditions.

spam4d operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification program in accordance with international anti-money-laundering (AML) best practices. KYC verification is required before a player's first withdrawal and may be requested at any other time at our discretion.

Documents required for standard KYC verification include:

• Proof of Identity: A valid Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP — Kartu Tanda Penduduk). Expired KTPs will not be accepted.
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued document dated within the past three months confirming your residential address in Indonesia.
• Selfie Verification: A clear photograph of you holding your KTP alongside a handwritten note displaying your spam4d username and the current date.

All documents must be submitted in JPG, PNG, or PDF format, with a maximum file size of 5 MB per document. Standard verification is completed within 1–24 hours. Verified Accounts receive priority processing on all withdrawal requests. Documents submitted for KYC purposes are stored securely in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

All deposits to a spam4d Account must be made using payment methods supported by the Platform and must be denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). spam4d accepts deposits via the following channels:

• Local Bank Transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia)
• E-Wallet: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja

Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable processing times are displayed on the Deposit page of your Account dashboard and may be updated from time to time without prior notice. Deposits are generally credited to your Account within five minutes of confirmed receipt by our payment system.

You warrant that all funds deposited into your spam4d Account originate from a legitimate source and that you are the authorized account holder of the payment method used. spam4d reserves the right to suspend deposits and request source-of-funds documentation if we have reasonable grounds to suspect that deposited funds are derived from unlawful activity.

Withdrawals from your spam4d Account are subject to the following conditions:

1. Your Account must be fully KYC-verified before your first withdrawal request can be processed.
2. Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the same name as your spam4d Account. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
3. Minimum and maximum withdrawal thresholds apply and are displayed within your Account dashboard. These thresholds may vary by payment method and VIP tier.
4. Withdrawals to local Indonesian banks (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, BSI) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) are processed 24/7.
5. Standard withdrawal processing time is under five minutes for verified Accounts during normal operating conditions. First-time withdrawals may require additional review and take up to 24 hours.
6. spam4d does not charge withdrawal fees. Any charges levied by the receiving bank or e-wallet provider are the Player's responsibility.
7. We reserve the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal request that exceeds standard thresholds or that triggers our AML screening protocols.

spam4d reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal if we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, breach of these Terms & Conditions, or where regulatory obligations require us to do so.

spam4d offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the general conditions set out in this Clause and any specific conditions communicated at the time the bonus is offered.

General Bonus Conditions:

• Bonus Fund s are credited to a separate bonus balance and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable Real Money funds.
• Standard wagering requirements range from 5x to 30x the bonus amount, depending on the specific promotion. The applicable wagering requirement is stated clearly in each offer's terms.
• Bonuses are valid for the period specified in the individual promotion. Any unwagered bonus balance remaining after the expiry date will be automatically removed from your Account.
• Unless otherwise stated, bonuses are available to one Account per household, per IP address, and per device.
• spam4d reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus at any time. If a bonus is withdrawn before you have satisfied the wagering requirement, any remaining bonus balance will be removed and wagers placed toward the requirement will stand.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between Accounts or exchanged for cash outside the stated wagering pathway.
• Certain games may contribute differently toward wagering requirements. For example, sports bets typically contribute 100%, while certain slot titles may contribute at a lower rate. Game-specific contribution rates are displayed on the relevant promotion page.

Abuse of bonuses, including but not limited to opening multiple Accounts to claim the same offer, exploiting technical errors, or coordinating wagers with other players to guarantee outcomes ("bonus arbitrage"), is strictly prohibited and will result in forfeiture of all bonus and associated winnings, and may result in permanent Account closure.

The following rules apply to all wagers placed on the spam4d sportsbook, live casino, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) markets, and any other betting product offered on the Platform:

• All bets are placed at the odds displayed at the time the wager is confirmed. Odds are subject to change before confirmation; it is your responsibility to verify the displayed odds before finalizing a bet.
• Once a bet is confirmed by the system, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player unless the Platform offers a specific "Cash Out" feature for that market and that feature is currently active.
• In the event of a technical error or manifest pricing mistake that results in an incorrectly priced market, spam4d reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to Players' Accounts.
• For BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, UEFA Champions League, and all other covered sporting events, match results are determined by the official result declared by the relevant governing body. Overtime and penalty shootout results apply where specified in individual market rules.
• Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets require all legs to be settled as winners for the full payout to apply. If one or more legs are void, the payout is recalculated based on the remaining settled legs.
• For togel lottery games, draw results are final as published by the official draw source referenced for each market. No complaints regarding draw outcomes will be entertained after settlement.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per market and per event. These limits are displayed at the time of bet placement and may be adjusted at spam4d's discretion for risk management purposes.

spam4d reserves the right to limit, suspend, or close the Account of any player whose betting patterns suggest match manipulation, arbitrage wagering, or any other activity inconsistent with normal recreational betting behavior.

spam4d is committed to promoting responsible gambling and minimizing the risk of gambling-related harm. We provide a suite of self-management tools accessible from every verified Account dashboard, including:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit into your Account.
• Session Time Alerts: Configure notifications that remind you of how long you have been actively playing.
• Time-Out Periods: Temporarily suspend your Account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your Account. Once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed for a minimum period of six months.

• Registering more than one Account, or assisting another person in circumventing the single-account policy.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or at any other time.
• Using the Platform while located in a Restricted Territory.
• Attempting to launder funds through deposits and withdrawals, or using the Platform to conceal the proceeds of any unlawful activity.
• Colluding with other players to guarantee outcomes, share cards in live games, or manipulate any game result.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, exploit odds, or otherwise interact with the Platform without human control.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are void.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward spam4d staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise interfere with the Platform's software, security systems, or data infrastructure.

All content on the spam4d platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game content, data feeds, and odds compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of spam4d or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, recreational betting purposes. This license does not permit you to: reproduce, redistribute, scrape, republish, or commercially exploit any Platform content; frame or mirror any portion of the Platform on another website; or use spam4d's trademarks or branding without prior written authorization.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, spam4d and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and suppliers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits resulting from technical outages, connectivity failures, or Platform maintenance windows.
• Any interruption, delay, or error in data transmission between your device and the Platform's servers.
• Unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to secure your credentials.
• Decisions made in reliance on information, odds, or statistics displayed on the Platform that subsequently prove inaccurate due to data-feed errors.

In all cases where spam4d is found liable, our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount of Real Money held in your Account at the time the relevant claim arose. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory under which the claim is brought.

Your privacy is important to us. The collection, use, storage, and protection of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement and is incorporated herein by reference.

By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including the use of your data for KYC verification, fraud prevention, AML screening, and personalized marketing communications (where you have opted in to receive them).

spam4d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to registered players via email notification or a prominent notice displayed on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact our support team to close your Account before the effective date.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent revision was made.

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it — whether contractual, tortious, statutory, or otherwise — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which spam4d is incorporated and licensed to operate.

Any disputes that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be referred to binding arbitration conducted in English under internationally recognized arbitration rules. The arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this Clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm pending the outcome of arbitration proceedings.
